A hardback reprint edition, number 19 in the Great Irish Biographies Series -published by the Irish Independent of journalist and fellow Corkman Val Dorgan's book on the hurling legend Christy Ring. Dorgan was a teammate of Ring at Glen Rovers, as well as being the former GAA Correspondent with the Examiner and the Echo. Christy Ring had died in late 1979, the year before publication.
Condition - good, there is a closed tear to the dustjacket edges but no other marks, damage or inscriptions. T Light creasing to external covers
