Denis the Carthusian was a devout and gifted young man who founded and ruled a new Carthusian monastery at Bois-le-duc. He died in 1471, leaving a legacy of 187 volumes. This particular volume is a translation of some of his works on the Holy Ghost, from Latin to English, and includes surrounding material and context.
