While there are many people who need to follow a particular diet for medical reasons, and some who choose to for their own personal reasons, anyone can incorporate the recipes into their daily lives even if they are not choosing to follow a certain diet. This book is in support of Blues In Schools, a charity arm of Blues Agency Ltd, teaching children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral and learning difficulties to cook.
