The circus is coming to town and not just any old circus but the Upside Down Circus. For ten year old Benjamin that is one of the most exciting things to have ever happened. He is determined that he is going to get to their one and only performance. The Ringmaster of the Upside Down Circus is equally determined for Benjamin to get to the circus as well but for an entirely different reason. The Ringmaster, his monstrous companion Gruesome and the Circus all hold a dark secret. As Benjamin finds himself trapped in the bizarre and strange circus, can he find a way out or will the Ringmaster and Gruesome succeed in their plan to kidnap the boy. Benjamin will needs all of his courage and wits as well as a little outside help as he lurches from one unusual encounter to another as in a fast paced action packed adventure he finds out just how extraordinary the Upside Down Circus is.
