So there are the first paintings of boats as an oil painting on wood to the carvings of pinewood statues, the creation of a steel balustrade at a steel works, the many tile mosaics, and primarily the creation of stain glass windows for churches around Sweden.

The author captures the essence of the man as a creator and at the same time reveals his humanity as he struggles to pursue his vacation in a modern world not always sympathetic to his vision.
