This was the first book from former Down GAA player Joe Lennon, - Coaching Gaelic Football for Champions , published in 1964. Lennon captained the Down team in 1968 which won the All Ireland, and was also a teacher, and was the founding member of the Physical Education Association of Ireland. He was hugely instrumental in the professionalisation of sport and fitness training in the GAA. Lennon was born in Poyntzpass, county Down in 1934, and trained as a PE teacher in the UK

Condition is very good, with the exception of a small area of paper loss on the upper front edge of the dustjacket ( just over the GA in Gaelic)
Now in a clear plastic removable jacket protector.
