Hardcover in soft leather (calfskin?) covers, heavilly edgeworn ( the book was issed with the covers marginally larger than the page block, meaning that the edges of the leather are heavily worn. Spine heavily faded.
Embossed townscape toi front cover, gift inscription from 1923 to endpage.
