The first edition of the now standard work on Irish company law, this is currently up to the fifth edition ( 2017) - this is the first edition, 1985, here revised and reprinted from 1987.
Commercial law had long been based on the 1963 Companies Act, this was revised in 1983, the last major change until the 2014 act.
Condition - very good, large paperback , but not as creased as many similarly sized books are, no underlining marks or damage, table of cases, EEC ( as it was then ) law. Now superseded by newer publications, obviously.
Michael Forde is now a Senior Counsel, based in Dublin, practising in Constitutional/Administrative law, EU Law, and aspects of international law, e.g. extradition and mutual assistance.
