Includes the foreworD, the twelve steps programme (as it came to be called) and a large section of personal stories of alcoholics who used the system and the support network it created.
While the original AA program had a clear religious slant, it was aimed at both atheist and believer.
400 pages, spotting to the page block ends, but binding is solid in dark blue cloth, titles embossed to front cover and in gold gilt to spine.
