Peter Kavanagh, who was the guardian of his late brother's literary legacy, issued much of the poet's writings under the Goldsmith Press imprint. This collection, an anthology of sorts, collects biographical essays on Patrick Kavanagh, some of his poetry, essays by Kavanagh from various journals and newspapers during his lifetime, as well as a number of literary criticism and assessment essays by a number of his associates, literary critics, and writers.
