    Hans Otto Meissner chronicles the life of Magda Goebbels,  wife of Joseph Goebbels, who rose to the pinnacle of the Nazi hierarchy alongside her husband and who, when the Reich collapsed, committed suicide with him, and killed their own children in the Berlin bunker.
