Scarpetta & Marino in action again
With two bodies/murders for Scarpetta to investigate right at the start of the story, it develops into a "what on earth is going on?" mystery of intrigue and US specific political shenanigans more than a question of whodunnit. A slightly different approach this time. Only 4 stars for this and not 5 as, personally, I didn't find the book as totally compelling as some others. Definitely still worth a read!
