Vintage 1930s illustrated children's book - Undated, the artwork ( and depiction of clothing etc) points to an earlier date for the content, but the colur reproduction looks 1930's

Unpaginated, 32 pages as well as the final page which is the rear pastedown. Illustrated with black and white drawings plus a frontispiece, 7 internally in colour. contains illustrated alphabet, the floral alphabet by Mary Booth and abc by Arthur Mansfield, plus Jack and the Beanstalk in rhyme by the same author.
In very good condition, it has the look of a book that was very carefully looked after , or was shop display stock (has never been read). Book is slightly curved. Small bump to outer edge of both back and front covers. Slight bumping to bottom of spine. Small area of rubbing to back cover. Tanning to internal pages, but otherwise very good, no marks or inscriptions Binding is tight. Hinges are sturdy. Internal pages are clean, no stains, tears or annotations. No creasing.
The colours on the front cover zing off the boards .
