A UK first edition, 1974, 48 page paperback in French flaps, ( no hardcover was issued) of High Island by Richard Murphy. Largely influenced by West Conamra, where the poet spent a lot of his time - The High island of the title being an offshore island with monastic remains off Omey Island.
In very good condition, no fade to spine, covers clean and uncreased, no marks or inscriptions, 48 pages. Three colour lettered paper covers, there is a period price sticker on the back cover.
