Product Description
Frederic Ozanam is probably best known as a founder of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, an association of charity that has spread throughout the world. He was also one of the most celebrated professors at the University of Paris, where a lecture hall has been dedicated to his memory. More important though, he lived in fidelity to God's grace as a Catholic layman -- a loving husband and a devoted father, a distinguished writer, and a man who actively practiced the works of mercy. Laity in the church particularly will find a kindred spirit in Frederic Ozanam.
