Andreas Fecker, a retired Luftwaffe Captain, was born 1950 in Konstanz, Germany. He has dedicated his entire life to Air Traffic Control. As an active tower and radar controller he has worked on some of the busiest military airports in Europe. He has further expanded his knowledge to the design of instrument departure and arrival procedures and taught courses on European level. After his retirement he devoted himself to write and publish numerous books about various aspects of aviation.
This book is second hand, and while you may not get the same publication/version/reprint/edition shown in the picture it will be the same author and title.
