A partial set (6 uniform volumes) of the collected works of H.H Munro - who wrote under the penname Saki , published by The Bodley Head UK, circa 1929/30 ( the first printing of this collected ediiton was 1926, the originals mostly date from the period 1910 onwards . Best known as a prlific short story writer.
A previous owner has added notes and dates to the list of publications in red ink. Text itrself unaffected.
Moderate to heavy scuffing on teh covers, all a uniform dark blue, but one volume - The Square Egg, has faded to grey.
Includes When William Came - an alternate history of the UK under the rule of Kaiser Wilhelm.
