This book is part of a series of books produced when Cork was European Capital of Culture in 20055. Several Cork writers were involved in the translation of books by fellow writers from different parts of Europe. Laszlo Lator is a Hungarian poet who was born in Tiszasasvar in 1927. He has won numerous prizes for his poetry and is also a critic, translator and founding member of the Szechenyi Academy of Arts and Literature
