Cork's Diarmuid O'Flynn was formely a GAA correspondent with the Irish Examiner newspaper , and is the author of a number of GAA books including Hurling, the Warrior Game (2008), Club, Sweat and Tears (2006) as well as the biography of Tipperary hurling legend Jimmy Doyle - The Boy Wonder (2015) .
