Paperback, published by Futura Paperbacks , 1979, striking cover art by Frank Frazetta. He got Apollo very well, the Glactica in the background probably less so, but the 1978 art probably predated the series itself.
Based on the episode The Gun on Ice Planet Zero, from the ( original) Battlestar Galactica TV series.
Creases to corners, tanning to pages, spine broadly uncreased. Originally Berkley Books, it looks like Futura overprinted a black rectangle over the Berkley logo on the spine.
