This edition co-published 1971 by Macmillan UK and Readers Union. ( Readers Union was a publisher led book club imprint, where hardcover editions were reprinted at lower cost to members, frequently after the HB was issued but before the PB was published.
Condition - Book - internally unmarked. No inscriptions, binding tight, solid in dark maroon cloth with titles in gilt effect to spine. Not ex library.
Condition - Dustjacket - light edgewear, bumps to jacket corners.
