An expanded and updated edition ( 1996) of the changing social attitudes of Irish people, based on the pioneering work in sociological analysis by Mac Gréil , from the University of Maynooth. Survey results were based on a wide range of attitudes and opinions amongst Irish Adults towards ethnic or national, political , racial religious and social groups and minorities, It was concieved as a follow up study of Irish prejudices and preferences from his groundbreaking Prejudice and Tolerance in Ireland (1977) .
