Dev and his Alma Mater - Eamonn De Valera's lifelong association with Blackrock College 1898-1975. A relatively uncommon, being issued only as a single printing in 1984 by Paraclete Press. The tan coloured dustjacket is unevenly sunned, and shows rubbing and edgewear to the spine, uneven fade elsewhere and light dustspotting. Internally, the book is solid in tan covers with titles to spine, internally unmarked.
De Valera was educated at Blackrock College , and had a long and engaged interation with it, past pupils, academics and clerics linked to the college throughout his long life, all of which Farragher discusses in detail using letters correspondence and much other material from the college archives.
