This is a signed association copy, signed to a memeber of the Jammet family, the notable French restaraunters, who had a premises , initially at St Andrew Street and later at 46 Nassau street from 1901 to 1967. Louis Jammet was also a director of the Gate Theatre, and Mac Liammóir and his partner Hilton Edwards were regular diners , as well as moving in the same circles.
