Originally published as far back as 1946, this is a completely revised 4th edition, by the same original authors, and published as a school text book edition by the Educational Company. Weights are Metric measurements - these were introduced for this 4th Edition in 1975)
Normally, most school ediiton copies are marked heavily and underlined - this copy is not, but it does have a non removabel laminate cover on the outside, as well as age spotting to the initial and final pages.
The recipes are clear and laid out in numbered step by step format.
