A large format paperback ( with folded streetscape map laid in) of the 1998 plans for the regeneration of Dublin's O'Connell Street. Looking at the plans now, most of the indicated plans came to fruition ( including The Spire, widening of pavements, The Luas etc. Some projects , sich as the still vacant areas on Upper O;Connell street, remain in limbo.
